August 7, 2015: DCG Congratulates Michael Craig, 2015 Michigan Educator of the Year

In April 2015, Michael Craig won the Michigan Lottery/WXYZ TV Excellence in Education Award, and in May was named 2015 Michigan Teacher of the Year. As a teacher and mentor, Mr. Craig is committed to providing his students with the life-skills necessary to find meaningful employment. June 16, 2015: DCG Consulting honored by Detroit City Council as firm marks 25 years in business in Detroit

DETROIT – The national consulting firm – DCG – was honored Tuesday with a City Council resolution presentation saluting the firm for achieving its 25th anniversary as a Detroit-based business and its contributions to economic growth and employment in the City of Detroit.

The company also announced it is changing its formal name from Data Consulting Group to simply, "DCG" as part of its 25th anniversary branding campaign to better reflect where the company is today in its array of consulting services in various industries including Health Care, Government, Automotive, Higher Education, and Utilities.

Detroit City Council President Pro-Tem Goerge Cushingberry presented the firm's executive management team on Tuesday with a Testimonial Resolution signed by all members of the council in salute of the firm's national growth and job creation in Detroit over the past 25 years. Read More

Data Consulting Group, representing the United States Health Information Knowledgebase website (AHRQ) for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), recently participated in the North American 2015 Connectathon which was sponsored by Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE). An IHE Connectathon is a week long, on site testing event during which hundreds of developers and health information technology professionals test a vast array of technology solutions from across the health information technology arena. January 28, 2015: Data Consulting Group awarded contract: MichBio Strategic Planning Effort

MichBio has launched a statewide effort, the Michigan Bio-Industry Roadmap 2015, to develop a five-year strategic plan for growing Michigan's biosciences industry. The initiative is being conducted in partnership with the Business Leaders for Michigan and the University Research Corridor.

Michigan's bio-industry is at a critical point given the rapidly changing dynamics in the healthcare delivery marketplace, regulatory landscape, and global economy. For the state's bioscience research, development, and manufacturing enterprise to have future success, a shared and executable vision is required.

Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) has selected Data Consulting Group Inc. as the primary systems integrator for the installation of Oracle's Work and Asset Management (WAM) system.
